- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The surgery has really gone down hill in the last few years. It is now near impossible to get an appointment. They instead refer you to White Horse Surgery in Northfleet (25 minutes away) if it is an emergency. If not an emergency expect to wait 2 to 3 days before being seen. For matters other than appointments they are even worse. Communication between reception is very poor and the secretary is not much use either.by Christopher WMarch 27, 2017
